What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

If AusPost finds that the item was lost we will reship the items depending on value. All packages are only insured up to $100. Please allow a maximum of 2 weeks for it to be officially counted as “lost”. We are unable to resend packages if it’s been under this time period. This can be due to AusPost rerouting parcels

If the item is damaged we will replace it under good will.
